Dream Exito Return & Refund Policy

At Dream Exito, we care about your experience. That’s why we back every item we sell. If you’re not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy will help you get it resolved quickly.

Eligible Items 

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in its original, unused condition 

Be unopened and undamaged 

Be in the original packaging with all tags attached

Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions 

The following items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene concerns:

Gift cards 

Final sale or clearance items 

Personalized or custom-made products 

Opened personal-care items 

Returning an Item 

Step 1: Contact Us 

Email us at returns@dreamexito.com 
within 30 days of delivery and include: 

Order number 

Reason for return 

Photos (if item is damaged or defective) 

Step 2: Return Authorization 

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process 

Once we receive and process your returned item(s):

You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to your original form of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different color, size, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on www.dreamexito.com


Damaged or Wrong Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at returns@dreamexito.com

We will expedite a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns 

Customer-Initiated Returns 

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, sizing issue, or for any reason that is not our error (incorrect or damaged item), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Store Error or Defect 

If your item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Dream Exito will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Processing Times 

We typically process returns within 2–3 business days of receiving your package.
After that, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund is complete.
