What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices on our site are listed in USD for your convenience.

When will my order ship?

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! It depends on the item. Items that ship from our U.S. warehouse usually ship in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 2 to 5 business days after that. All other items ship in 2 to 3 business days and arrive 10 to 15 business days after that. Each product page shows an "Arrives in" range. We email you a tracking link when your order ships. It can take a few days for tracking updates to show. If you haven’t received one after 7 business days, email us at info@dreamexito.com.

Orders & Returns

Can I return my order if I’m not happy with it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original condition. Opening the box is fine. You pay the return shipping, and we refund the item once we receive it. If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong one, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost to you, and we pay the return shipping. Please include your name and order number with your return.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, simply use our return process for a refund.

Shipping & Address Issues

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Mistakes happen! If you notice an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and notify us within 24 hours at info@dreamexito.com. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to modify the address, and refunds won’t be possible.

How long does shipping take?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships for U.S. warehouse items, and 10 to 15 business days for all other items.
