What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices on our site are listed in USD for your convenience.

When will my order ship?

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow 4–7 days for production before shipping. Standard shipping takes 15-21 days. You’ll receive a tracking number within 3-5 days after shipping. If you haven’t received one after 7 business days, email us at support@dreamexito.com.

Orders & Returns

Can I return my order if I’m not happy with it?

We stand by our products with a 100% money-back guarantee if your item is defective or damaged! You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Returns must be shipped at your expense. Once received, we’ll process your refund. Be sure to include your name and order number with your return.

Shipping & Address Issues

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Mistakes happen! If you notice an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and notify us within 24 hours at support@dreamexito.com. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to modify the address, and refunds won’t be possible.

How long does shipping take?

We ship globally from different fulfillment centers. Shipping typically takes 15–25 business days, depending on your location.
